Tracheostomy Care

This tracheostomy training course aims to familiarise participants with the reasons for tracheostomy and the care and management of a tracheostomies. The goal of this tracheostomy training course is to introduce students to the purpose of tracheostomy and how to care for and manage it.

The training covers key areas such as cleaning and maintaining tracheostomy tubes, performing suctioning, and managing emergencies. By completing our course, healthcare professionals will gain confidence in handling tracheostomy care, leading to better patient outcomes.

Tracheostomy Care
  • Learn the anatomy and physiology of the upper airway and the purpose of a tracheostomy.
